The difference between the small, medium and large is the thickness of the foam, and the diameter of the center hole where your cup will sit.
Just about any cup or double walled tumbler will fit comfortably into Tumbler Tubes floating drink holders.
Before ordering, make sure you're getting the correct size tumbler tube. Your tumbler cup should sit down into the Tumbler Tubes float about 3/4's of the way up on the cup/tumbler, so it's not top heavy.
To see if your favorite double walled tumbler will fit, compare the center hole diameter of each Tumbler Tubes size to the outer diameter of your cup, and see which is the right fit. Tumbler Tubes should sit at least halfway up your favorite tumbler to avoid flipping over from being top heavy.
Small Tumbler Tubes - The center hole diameter is approximately 3.25 inches, and fits a 16oz Tervis or 20oz YETI, Ozark, RTIC tumbler or other metal tumblers etc.
Medium Tumbler Tubes - The center hole diameter is approximately 3.5 inches and fits a 24 oz. Tervis, Bubba Cup tumbler, etc.
Large Tumbler Tubes - The center hole diameter is approximately 3.75 inches, and fits a 30oz YETI, RTIC, Ozark, etc.
